Valheim Portal Tag Records

Similar to Enderchest frequencies from Minecraft, Valheim portals are based on a text "tag" linking system. If 2 portals share the same string input such as "My portal" then they will link with eachother regardless of who built it or who connected them. This could cause problems on a multiplayer server, so if you're building portals please pick a specific syntax for yourself or group of players to use to prevent accidental portal linking/de-linking, etc.

For example, my groups portal syntax is "Muggers 01", "Muggers 02", etc. That should be sufficient enough to allow for as many portals as we want and be unique enough to not cross link other's portals.
