Can you please post a reply, if you know of, or are in a corrupted chunk;



Town
Those who are in the chunk
Co-Ordinates (if possible)



Use that as a basic layout to your reply, it will make our lives so much easier, we will get round to it as soon as we can.

There is that corrupted chunk that u are talking about (btw is in my town).
Me, socot132 and Mrmushroomstew can't loggin because if we login we crash the server.
I hope the problem can be fixed quickly.:confused:

Idk if when it is fixed the chunk will be like before, if not we would want our stuff back cause we lost everything. :(

There are 673 towns and we've had 4039 unique players on the server so far. Why do people expect us to know what the name of each town is, who all of the residents are and where the town is located?

Now I will have to look that stuff up while it's just takes you a few seconds to type that up. Not helping me to help you doesn't earn you any bonus points that's for sure :p

I've regenerated the chunks around LifeAlert, it's safe to go there again. However the town itself is gone I'm afraid.

We're not going to replace all the stuff you lost. I have had to put in enough work to fix your problem as it is.

However we will help you guys get started again with some nice tools. If you see an admin online, just ask him/her about it.

Not a corrupted chunk..this problem is a phantom fruit tree log, if you use optifine not crash the game but if you touch in the phanton trunk you crash... if not use optifine your client crash imediately on login.

optifine worked im logged in now. but what to do about thr fruit tree?

Without any logs from you it's impossible to tell why you crashed.

Never send me PMs with your problems, please.

Copy/paste the contents of the relevant logs to http://paste2.org/ and then post the link in the appropriate thread. This thread is for corrupted chunks. From what you guys have told me so far your problem isn't with chunk corruption.

So you can either make another thread on this forum, or ask for support on the TFC support forum (http://terrafirmacraft.com/f/forum/11-support/) directly.

around x:12500 Z:4000 not sure exactly, looked on the map in one of our crashes

that guy seem to be in a corrupted chunk, each time he connect, we all crash, and he keep coming back, not sure if troll or don't understand the situation

Thanks for reporting.

We're currently testing Fred's offline TP plugin. Until it's running smoothly I've renamed Mstop_E's player.dat file. The next time he joins the server he should end up at spawn with an empty inventory.

well, J the new version should work exept the 'all' command, that is still bugged, btw, another error of my part was to not put the world name where the player.dat are in the config so you can change it if needed.

Thanks, I'll wait untill you have sorted out those bugs then :)

With the new UID system player.dat files are located in a different folder and are called UID-really_long_sting.dat instead of player.dat. You will have to update the plugin at some point for it to be compatible with Minecraft 1.7.x. Or perhaps you could put in a check to see which Bukkit version is being used.

X -233 Y 145 Z -7335 i tped to a town that was just settled i was going to give stuff to the new player. once i tped my game crashed i checked the map to c were it was. the town is gone now but i still cant play its only on this server i can play on others and single player. i really want to play on this server i have a lot of stuff on me and i dont want to loose it either but i NEED help

Sorry for the late reply. If you are experiencing client crashes shortly after teleporting or moving into a new region, try installing OptiFine. It can sometimes help prevent those crashes.

If you still get crashes, please post a crash-report.

I'm not a coding expert, but there's been a lot of trouble with banana fruit trees causing crashes. Kuyo went through his reports in detail to see if he could find what the problem was and he thought it was saying something like two entities were being registered in one block which is what I'm sort of seeing (again not an expert). The fix that's worked for 5+ people so far is to instal the mod Optifine for 1.6.4. If it's not a banana fruit tree then disregard this post, but do try optifine if you haven't already :P

The link to optifine downloads is http://optifine.net/downloads.php. I cannot destroy things that are in your town. I brought the issue up with MrCheesey and I don't believe he took action. That is as much as I can do on my end if this is the problem crashing you.

we still keep crashing whenever we try to remove it can an admin help ut in creative or by placing tnt next to it because people without optifine keep crashing whenever they come close
