Can not enter the server, the display shows me a message saying "Error log: The session is invalid (restart the game)

That message is an error between your client and the mojang servers.
It is usually resolved by closing your client and logging in from scratch. IF not, check to make sure all Mojang services are healthy.

Is it a purchased copy of minecraft?
Does anyone else know your info or use the account?
Using the right forge version?
Tried logging off then back on to the launcher?
Using correct minecraft version?
Using correct server address?

Some items in the list may or may not have anything to do with it, throwing out some common things.
