i donated yesterday and logged in and now im not a donor i ssume somthing happend cuase of the crash but can you help me ty

To be sure I have added this username to the appropriate whitelists on the TFC servers yesterday and I added the following UUID to the appropriate user groups: cfcb68bf-9614-4143-9884-e1e0c62cb388

Is this information correct?
