Minecraft Feed The Beast - E29 - Keeping items in stock automatically

Our ME storage system had grown so much that it began lagging the server because we had so many items configured to be produced on demand. To remedy this we're setting up machines so they can keep the items we need in stock and only produce new ones once the stock drops below a configured value.
