    Lowering and Highering Prices

    Lower the town tax and plots cost
    and
    Higher the price for selling

    Item/sell/buy

    Iron, 2 / 5 (For one ingot)
    Gold, 4 / 8 (For one ingot)
    Diamond, 8 / 15 (For one)
    RedStone, 2 / 6 (For 16)
    Lapiz, 3 / 6 (For 16)
    Coal, 2 / 4 (For 16)

    Log, 6 / 10 (A Stack)
    Wood, 3 / 5 (A Stack)
    Cobble, 2 / 5 (A Stack)
    Stone, 4 / 8 (A Stack)
    Stone Brick, 6 / 10 (A Stack)

    Making the prices like they were in the old map and make the price for town bigger so.... not any1 wud get a town so easy and so fast

    Valmeadow prices:

    Iron: 2g-s/3g-b (per ingot)
    Gold: 5g-s/6g-b (per ingot)
    Diamond: 10g-s/15g-b (per ingot)
    Redstone: 6g-s/7g-b (per stack)
    Lapis: 4g-s/7g-b (per 16 blocks)
    Coal: 2g-s/4g-b (per 16 coal)

    Think this was for ores (please post mising ones if i forgot 1)

    Log: 1.25-s/2.25-b (per stack)
    Wool: 1.5-s/2.5-b (per stack)
    Cobble: 1.25-s/2.25-b (per stack)

    This is all for valemadow i think for bricks and other stuff add what prices u like....

    Waterfront prices:

    Iron: 1g-s/2g-b (per ingot)
    Gold: 3g-s/5g-b (per ingot)
    Diamond: 5g-s/10g-b (per ingot)
    Redstone: 3g-s/5g-b (per stack)
    Lapis: 3g-s/4g-b (per 16 blocks)
    Coal: 2g-s/4g-b (per 16 coal)
    Log: 2g-s/ 3g-b (per stack)
    Wool: 2.5-s/3.5-b (per stack)
    Cobble: 2g-s/ 3g-b (per stack)

    And for food i dont remember em 2 good but not 2 much ppl cares about selling food.

    Also make town price bigger like 1000g to make the game more challenging cuz making a town its NOT an easy job.

    Now the town taxes:

    1-6 ppl (aka settlement or village)- 5g
    7-14 ppl (aka town)- 10g
    15-20 ppl (aka large town)- 20g
    20+ ppl (think it was metropolis....) - 25/30 g
