Player had been unofficially warned about owning "chickensplosion" device they had in their outpost before, thus exceeding animal regulation limits. They abandoned the farm and killed their chicken which was fine.
Their town owns and uses an animal farm in unclaimed territory near their farms. Also found a "hidden" horse in an outpost in nearby jungle.
While having animals in unclaimed area is completely legal as long as the limits are fullfilled, the Prism reports direct usage of said farms by both Loke_the_Champ and SckarraA.
In addition, found out about excessive amount of farmland (total of 746) and bushes (215 total) in Voxiy-Town. That means 193 blocks over the limit. Mailed both players mentioned about this and given a week until June 4th to fix before further actions take place.
