Additional Info	Banned for harassment, a blatant disregard for rules, inappropriate chat, and purposefully killing multiple passive dinos. There were also allegations that Flappy was riding a passive wyvern, shooting at people/dinos, and then jumping off to bait the victims into killing the passive dino. Upon investigation I found a passive wyvern belonging to Flappy outside of the victim's base within render distance on the other side of a river.
