Insulting serverEvidence Additional Info After a lot of drama LadyZaratam decided she needed to complain about us on the TFC forums as well. Here's a short summary of how I think things progressed with her:
We announce our server ideas a really long time before we're even ready to open the servers.
No LadyZ.
We come close to opening our servers.
LadyZ picks up on the server changes. Claims to be a long time community member and a big fan.
LadyZ starts complaining about the donor servers because she can't afford 15 euro because she's out of a job at the moment.
We give her a free pass for the donor servers.
LadyZ is ecstatic. Declares herself our fan for life.
We open the new servers.
LadyZ does not play on the donor servers.
LadyZ continues to complain about the freebie server and how we are punishing her with the limitations on that server.
We address some of the issues people are having with the Freebie server.
LadyZ continues to complain and writes an open letter. I cleary communicate that I'm fed up with all the complaints. She gets a lot of flack for this letter.
Her open letter thread gets locked.
LadyZ bad mouths us on the TFC forums.
So after we've literally addressed all major points of her complaints, it's still not enough. We give her free donor. Still not enough. I don't care how she feels at this point. She's an ingrate through and through and she got banned for it.
What I really dislike about this whole situation is that we tried to be generous. And instead of just saying thanks, she kept complaining and stirring up others with her negativity. I guess no good deed goes unpunished.
